Bay Area Glass Institute

The Bay Area Glass Institute‘s (BAGI) mission is to make the celebration of glass art accessible to all while providing continued artistic and educational growth to artists, patrons, and the community. BAGI is the only public access glass working facility in Santa Clara County that offers a fully functional hotshop, fusing, flameworking and coldworking studios. BAGI educates the public about glass art by teaching a variety of glass-working classes, offering demos in our facility, bringing in internationally renowned and local artists to conduct free demonstrations, and hosting various glass art fundraisers. BAGI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization funded in part by the City of San Jose’s Office of Cultural Affairs.

Palo Alto Art Center Foundation

The Palo Alto Art Center Foundation (PAACF), a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1973, expands the reach and impact of the Palo Alto Art Center through fundraising and advocacy. The Palo Alto Art Center Foundation and the Palo Alto Art Center function through a council-recognized public/private partnership. The Foundation supports all of the Art Center’s major program areas, including free-admission exhibitions; our school tour program Project LOOK!; art classes for adults and children; and volunteer programs. The Foundation is supported by membership and individual contributions, corporate and foundation grants, and special events.
